AWFUL EXPERIENCE. The item did not arrive within the delivery range initially provided by Amazon. I contacted Eforcity and received “canned / generic” emails informing me that the company’s estimated shipping dates differ from those provided by Amazon. Additionally, no one would address my concern directly. By the way, I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM (after waiting almost a month) and ultimately contacted Amazon for a refund. Extremely poor customer service.

the product may have been the best ever but i will never know. it has been well over a month. and i still am waiting for it. first i had to wait for the entire delivery table to expire. then i had to get them to answer my email. finally they said they would resend it. the new delivery table has expired as of today making it over a month since i ordered the damn thing. efforcity. i will never order from you again.

The adapter works great for using my favorite headphones with my cel phone. The button type did not fit my ears well so I ordered the adapter through Amazon and they were much cheaper than at the phone store.
